The Coastal Bend College Athletic Department recently acknowledged that a record 20 student-athletes representing six sports (Volleyball, Men's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Men's Basketball, Softball and Baseball) have been recognized by the NJCAA for their performance in the classroom during the 2018-2019 Academic Year. A student must have above a 3.60 Grade Point Average to earn NJCAA All-Academic Honors. Of the 20 CBC Student-Athletes honored to the NJCAA Academic Awards, there were Seven named First Team, Six named to the Second Team and Seven named to the Third Team.
