"I thought the girls played really well tonight, especially from midway through the second set through the rest of the match," Blinn head coach Terry Gamble said. "Taylor Glendening was really good in the middle both with her transition and blocking, and I thought Darby Nash had a really good game. "I'm really proud of the girls and how they played."

Glendening, a freshman hitter/blocker, had eight kills, a solo block, and six block assists, while Nash, a freshman setter, had 33 assists.
