Beeville, Tx- Coastal Bend College, Sophomore Emma Batte has signed her National Letter of Intent with Texas A&M International University to further her studies and volleyball playing career. The Middle Hitter recently completed her career with 53 matches played, 240 kills, along with 72 digs, 111 solo blocks and 49 assisted blocks. 

Head Coach, Macy Olness on Batte; "Emma has been a great player to have in our program these past two years! She was one of my captains this year and she showed great leadership and was always helping out her teammates. She was a blocking machine this year and she is always wanting to improve herself. Emma is the leader for blocks here at CBC. I'm so proud of her and I know she is going to do great at Texas A&M International!"

Batte will be attending TAMIU in the 2020 Spring Semester. The Houston native will be majoring in Communications during her time in Laredo.
