Head Coach, Brian Byrd on the Cougars season: " I am disappointed at the results. I always want to achieve so much more... This year was simply a jaded bad year from the start. I felt I had the best recruiting class in my 5 years. During training camp I still feel we had a good team that could compete. I still feel that way today..The boys bought into the program and worked hard." Byrd continues: "The Injury bug just simply took over from the start. I am very proud of the guys, They battled hard until the very end. The guys left standing in the end put up one heck of a fight!"
