The Coastal Bend College Cougar Baseball team continues on its torrid roll as they have now won a school record 16 consecutive games.  The NJCAA Division III National Poll voters have also taken notice as the Cougars made a big jump from last weeks #9 ranking to reach the #4 mark this week.

CBC now stands at 22-9 on the 2018 season and is in the midst of five game series with TCS Post Graduate Academy.  Two CBC upcoming opponents also appear in the poll including now #2 Brookhaven College, who will host the Cougars on April 9th in a doubleheader.  Fellow Region XIV member and defending Division III National Champions Tyler Junior College falls to #9.  CBC and the Apaches will meet for a three game set on April 20-22nd.  Tyler then makes the trek to Beeville on May 3rd for a four game set.
