With Thanksgiving on everyone's mind, there was still one game to be played for CBC before they depart for the holiday break. The game started out with with Victoria College creating a problems on the defensive end for CBC.  The Pirates were able to gain momentum by hitting tough shots and getting solid defensive stops. The game would continue going back & forth throughout the first half of the game with the Cougars trailing at the half 40-41.  CBC jumped on Victoria to start the second half, with Amos going off from the long distance - including eight for ten from downtown.  CBC's long range offense, tenacious defense and solid teamwork paved the way for their fifth win of the season 91-76.  

Sophomore guard Eric Williams dropped in 12 points, while grabbing six rebounds and two steals. Rashon Thomas tallied 11 points and a team high seven assists while during the contest. DJ Evans, Men's Assistant Basketball Coach said "Endurance in the second half allowed us to gain a victory tonight. We have to continue focusing and striving everyday.'' Evans continued with, "We're taking it game by game. We're trying to improve as a team every day. It was good to see the guys raise the intensity defensively the second half."
