Beeville, Tx– Coastal Bend College blanked Trinity Valley Community College 2-0 on Saturday, September 17th for a home victory. The Cougars tallied their second Region XIV Conference win of the season.  

Coastal Bend College's scoring came from Baillie O'Reilly, who was assisted by Hilal Khan, and Ivan Perez, who was assisted by Keita Kishino. The Cougars' record is now 3-3-1. 

Baillie O'Reilly scored the Cougars' first goal in the 75th minute off a pass to the middle by Hilal Khan. O'Reilly and Khan kept up their dominant offensive play for the Cougars. Khan now has two assists, and O'Reilly's goal was his second of the season. 

The second goal came in the 85th minute on a through pass from Keita Kishino to Ivan Perez. This was both players' first goal and assist of the season. 

The Cougars had twenty-six shots, sixteen of which were on goal, and eleven corners. The Cougars only allowed two shots for the contest, one of which was on goal.
