Beeville, TX- CBC had trouble keeping up with Cisco College in a 9-0 loss on Friday.

Cisco got on the board in the top of the first inning after Ramirez tripled, Wimmer doubled, and Slack singled, each scoring one run.

Cisco added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Ramirez homered to left field, and Alyssa doubled, each scoring one run.

Ashley Gaitan opened the game for CBC. She allowed 11 hits and 9 runs over four and two-thirds innings, striking out 2 and walking none.

Jaymie Gonzales and Sophia Garza each collected one hit for Coastal Bend.

Pinon, Ramierez, and Wimmer each collected two hits for Cisco College. Wimmer drove the middle of the lineup, leading Cisco with three runs batted in and going 2-for-3 on the day
