Beeville, TX- Coastal Bend College had trouble keeping up with the Leopards in a 10-2 loss on Saturday.

Temple College got on the board in the second inning after Munoz doubled, scoring one run.

CBC took the lead in the top of the third. Janice Corona homered to center field, scoring two runs, to give the Cougars a leg up, 2-1.

The Leopards flipped the game in the bottom of the third, scoring five runs on five hits to take a 6-2 lead. With the biggest hit of the inning being a homer to left field by Nunamaker that drove in three.

Ashley Gaitan began the game for CBC. She surrendered 11 hits and nine run (eight earned) over three innings, striking out one and walking four. Delgado led things off in the circle for Temple. They surrendered four hits and two runs over three innings, striking out three and walking one.

Corona led the Cougars with two hits in three at bats.
